Test benches

Farinola designs and builds hydraulic and pneumatic test benches for safety valves — the same ones we use in our certified workshop.

These units accommodate threaded valves from ½″ to 2″ and flanged valves from ½″ to 8″. They reach 206 bar in pneumatic mode and 422 bar in hydraulic mode, with adjustable clamps and volume accumulators that dampen the “pop”. The control panel features precision gauges, regulators, and relief valves, enabling set-point and tightness testing in compliance with API 527. Each unit is delivered with an operation manual and on-site training course.

Typical applications: calibration laboratories, repair shops, certification agencies, and production lines requiring periodic valve testing.
